10 full-size indoor baseball and softball fields built to Division 1 collegiate specifications, housed in two separate buildings each containing 5 fields. Each building is 1,144 feet long, connected by 120-foot enclosed skyways. Fields feature professional-grade synthetic turf, advanced HVAC climate control, broadcast-standard lighting, and tiered seating including scouts and VIP mezzanine areas. Supports 80-100 teams per tournament with pool-plus-bracket formats and 5 games per field daily. The facility hosts 35 tournaments in Year 1, scaling to 47 annually — year-round.
Located in the 800-foot central Link building, our basketball courts feature regulation hardwood surfaces, electronic scoring, arena-style seating for 296 spectators per court, and broadcast-quality lighting. Courts can be configured for tournaments, leagues, camps, and private events.
16 tournament-grade volleyball courts in the 800-foot central Link building, designed for high-level competition. Each court features professional netting systems meeting FIVB and USAV specifications, sport-court flooring, and bleacher seating for 180 spectators (2,880 total capacity). With 10-12 teams per court, the facility accommodates 140-180 teams per tournament cycle. Year 1 projects 24-30 volleyball tournaments, scaling to 33-42 annually by Year 5. Built-in infrastructure supports expansion to 24 courts (210-270 teams per tournament).
10 on-site hotels providing a total of 2,750 rooms (averaging 275 per hotel). Every hotel is connected to the sports facilities via enclosed walkways, so guests never have to step outside. Each hotel includes a full-service restaurant, pool, fitness center, and team-friendly amenities. Room blocks and group rates available for tournaments and events.
