Baseball tournaments accommodate 80-100 teams across our 10 indoor fields with pool-plus-bracket formats and 5 games per field daily. Volleyball tournaments accommodate 140-180 teams across 16 courts (10-12 teams per court). When running concurrent multi-sport tournament weekends, the complex can host well over 200 teams simultaneously.
The facility is designed for year-round operation. Baseball projects 35 tournaments in Year 1, scaling to 47 annually. Volleyball projects 24-30 tournaments in Year 1, scaling to 33-42 annually. Combined with basketball and special events, the complex will host competition virtually every weekend of the year.

Yes. Team room blocks are available at our 10 on-site hotels (2,750 rooms total), all connected to the complex via enclosed skyways. Group rates are applied for registered tournament teams.
Fully indoor. All 10 baseball fields, 16 volleyball courts, and basketball courts are climate-controlled. Games happen year-round regardless of Minnesota weather — no cancellations, no delays, no rescheduling. Northern teams no longer need to travel 600+ miles south for winter tournament access.
